Three card has been removed from sixth pile in tableau and put it on top of seventh pile. Top cards of sixth pile, six of hearts, seven of clubs and eight of diamonds are in correct order as per freecell rule. Top card of seventh pile is nine of spades and it is one rank higher to 8 of diamonds and opposite in color. So as per freecell rules we can move these cards to seventh pile.
