Both these cards are matching but in third pile only one card left but in second pile there are two cards. If we start building on king then bottom card in the pile, six of hearts may get stuck there. So what we are going to do is first remove the queen from the third pile. There is no other place to keep the queen so we are putting it in a free cell, number 2, that is the only available free cell. Third pile in tableau is free now so we can move the king to this pile in the next move. All free cells are full now but when we move back the queen we will get back the second free cell.
