Since the top most card is a 9 of spades to move these cards to a non-empty tableau we have to find out a 10 from any other suit. i.e. hearts, clubs or diamonds. A 10 of diamonds is sitting on top of seventh pile and there is enough free spaces in tableau and free cells.
