Healing Triad
The healing triad is a concept used in holistic health and wellness that consists of three interrelated components: the mind, body, and spirit. It suggests that optimal health and healing can be achieved when all three aspects are addressed and balanced.
The mind component of the triad refers to the mental and emotional aspects of a person’s health. This includes their thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and attitudes. Addressing the mind component may involve techniques such as meditation, therapy, or self-reflection to promote mental and emotional well-being.
The body component refers to the physical aspects of a person’s health. This includes their diet, exercise, sleep, and overall physical health. Addressing the body component may involve practices such as regular exercise, eating a balanced and nutritious diet, and getting enough rest and sleep.
The spirit component refers to a person’s spiritual well-being. This includes their sense of purpose, connection to something greater than themselves, and overall spiritual health. Addressing the spirit component may involve practices such as meditation, prayer, or engaging in meaningful activities that align with one’s values and beliefs.
By addressing all three components of the healing triad, individuals can achieve a state of optimal health and well-being, both physically and mentally.
174 Hz + 528 Hz + 741 Hz
These three frequencies are sometimes combined to create what is known as the “healing triad” frequency. This combination is said to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
174Hz is associated with the root chakra and is said to help promote feelings of safety, security, and grounding. It may also help to reduce physical and emotional pain and promote overall physical well-being.
528Hz is known as the “love frequency” and is said to promote feelings of love, compassion, and healing. It is also believed to help repair DNA and promote positive changes in overall health and well-being.
741Hz is associated with the throat chakra and is said to help promote self-expression, creativity, and communication. It may also help to release negative emotions and promote feelings of clarity and inner peace.
3.5Hz : Whole Body Regeneration : Delta Brainwaves
Whole body regeneration refers to the process by which an organism can regenerate its entire body or significant portions of it, including organs, tissues, and cells.
The mechanisms behind whole body regeneration are not yet fully understood, but it is believed to involve the activation of stem cells, which can differentiate into various cell types and regenerate damaged tissue. In some cases, the regeneration process may involve the reprogramming of cells to a more primitive state, allowing them to differentiate into a wider range of cell types.
Delta brainwaves are the slowest brainwaves that occur during deep sleep, meditation, and other states of deep relaxation. They have a frequency range of 0.5 to 4 Hz and are typically associated with the unconscious or non-REM (rapid eye movement) stage of sleep.
Delta waves are generated in the thalamus, a part of the brain that is responsible for sensory processing, and are believed to play a role in the consolidation of memory and the regulation of the immune system. They are also thought to be involved in the release of growth hormone, which is important for tissue repair and regeneration.
Delta brainwaves can be measured using an electroencephalogram (EEG), a non-invasive technique that records electrical activity in the brain. They are typically more prominent in young children and decrease in amplitude as people age.
