Immune System’s Importance and Functions
Immune system in our body is one of the most important thing which keeps up alive and healthy. It protects us from foreign invaders like viruses, bacteria, parasite etc. Immune system spread throughout the body and contains many things like cells, tissues, organs, proteins etc. Without any rest or 24 hours a day It keeps on looking for any foreign object in our body and when it finds something it starts an emergency attack to eliminate the invader.
Parts of the Immune System
Our immune system contains many parts – skin which protects us from outside objects entering our body, moist, inner linings of some organs and body cavities called Mucous membranes make mucus which can trap foreign objects. White blood cells are the main fighter which fight against invaders like virus and bacteria. Lymph system also part of the immune system which contains organs like thymus, spleen, tonsils, lymph nodes, lymph vessels, and bone marrow etc.
Types of Immunity
There are mainly 3 types of immunity – innate – this is the immunity we born with or our default immunity power. Second one is called adaptive immunity – which we get when we get vaccinated or when we are sick body creates antibodies for that particular pathogen. Third one is passive immunity which we get from outside like a newborn gets antibodies from mother.
Immune System dysfunction
Immune system disorders can be further be classified in to three – a less effective immune system response, overactive immune system or autoimmune diseases. Our immune system becomes weak when we get older. Also types of food we consume, physical exercise, medications, mental health etc affect our immune system. If immune system is overactive the it will react heavily to substances which are normally harmless. Dust allergy, asthma etc are examples of it. In autoimmune diseases body attacks its own healthy tissues. Some examples are rheumatoid arthritis, type 1 diabetes, lupus etc.

Immune System Stimulation with Rife Frequencies
This is another way to improve immune system function. This contains 28 Rife healing frequencies. These tones are modulated to a very low tone of 0.5Hz. Also again these tones are modulated to ultra low frequencies in 9 long sweeps. These tones come below the delta brainwave called epsilon waves. It will take body to a very relaxed state. Body will take full rest at these brainwave tones which will help to trigger the healing and regenerative activities.
Delta and Epsilon Brain Waves
Immune system will work at its peak during these delta and epsilon brain waves. Normally we go to delta only during sleep. So it is almost like sleep. Body takes full rest and process all detoxifying and regenerative activities. Listen to this at least 3-4 times every week to keep immune system healthy. Please note that this is not a replacement for any mainstream treatment. If you have any serious health issues first consult a doctor first. This can be used in addition to the primary treatment.
