You can write it on a daily or notebook daily to feed it into your subconscious mind. When you keep on writing it daily it will slowing make impressions in your subconscious mind. Or you can record it using your mobile phone’s voice recorder and listen to it daily especially just after wake up and just before sleep. These 2 period our brain passes through theta brainwave state. Subconscious mind will be very much accessible when brain is in theta state. So these 2 period are very important. Don’t listen/think/see any negative things in these 2 periods. It will affect your overall mental status or mood.
