It is immune system’s natural response to an irritant than can be a foreign body – normally pathogens like virus, bacteria, fungus etc or physical injuries. It is a part of body’s natural healing mechanism and that actually protect us from many issues. The response includes increased blood flow to the affected area and release of proteins and antibodies. Sometimes body mistakenly take its own cells are foreign objects acts against it – called autoimmune diseases. Inflammation can be divided into acute and chronic. Inflammation is actually a good thing but when it is out of control it can leads to many life style diseases.
In our modern life we don’t give much importance to health. We ear all nonsense food and that make many issues in the body. Body has to work day and night to clear it up and that leads to constant inflammation in many parts of the body. sugary foods, processed foods, polished grains, increased intake of salt, oily foods, alcohol etc leads to imbalance in the system. This trigger more inflammation in the body. When it becomes a routine that leads to many long time health issues.

As per the Rife CAFL document there are 3 tones which are beneficial for inflammation – 1.5Hz, 3.6Hz & 2720Hz. This video contains these 3 tones. 2720Hz is a bit harsh tone since it comes near the 3K range. Some people may feel it is very harsh to ears. So listen at comfortable volume preferably through speakers. 1.5 and 3.6 are below our audio range. So we cannot listen these tones directly. So here we modulated 2720Hz with 1.5Hz & 3.6Hz.
