So all these negative news are getting recorded and stored in our memory. So lots of negativity gets piled up in our memory and this creates havoc in our overall mental status and immune system function.
Stop Negative Things and Spend Time with Family and be Creative
So if you want to stay calm during this difficult situation then switch off your news channels and watch relaxing channels and read inspiring things. Also so much fake news is spreading around social media and other places. So read or watch only main news from reputed newspaper or TV channels who doesn’t exaggerate things – just to know what is happening in the world – That too maximum 10-15 minutes per day. Instead of spending time too much in negative things you can concentrate on your hobbies, spend time with family, listen to inspirational speeches, spend time of self realization etc.
